The firm represents sponsors of major merchant generation and transmission line projects in complex proceedings under (former) Article X of the Public Service Law and under Article VII of the Public Service Law. The firm has been responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of siting applications and supporting expert testimony, representing the sponsor in adjudicatory proceedings and settlement negotiations, and acting as liaison with state, local and federal agencies.
